    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant to join one of our clients located in Gatineau


    The Consultant will develop a change management strategy and plan that incorporates the priorities, considerations and activities important for each stage of implementation. It is expected that the strategy will leverage existing change management frameworks and the lessons learned from transformation strategies that have been successfully implemented in other areas.

    The objectives of the change management strategy and plan are to:
    - Determine readiness and establish the breadth and depth of change involved in the short-term and long-term implementation of VPM;
    - Analyze and understand perspectives of impacted stakeholder groups and barriers to change;
    - Provide an approach with defined activities to support the strategy, including for training, communications and


    To fulfill the objectives, the Consultant will be required to perform, but is not limited to, the following:

    - Determine readiness and establish the breadth and depth of change involved in the short-term and long-term implementation
    - Propose a model or methodology for the development of an appropriate change management strategy supported by a plan and tools for iterative phases of the initiative
    - Establish scope/breadth and depth of change
    - Establish baseline for readiness/change agility/change impact assessment
    - Determine priorities/key areas of focus
    - Identify potential barriers and challenges
    - Analyze and understand impacted stakeholder groups
    - Conduct interviews and potentially workshops
    - Review research and stakeholder feedback, including documentation provided
    - Stakeholder mapping
    - Analysis of key stakeholder groups for the development of outreach, engagement and training strategies to support change leadership
     - Develop strategic approach and key activities, including for training, communications and engagement, for change management
    - Develop a change management plan which will include training, outreach and communications activities
    - Propose activities to ensure leadership support and organizational alignment
    - Define indicators and milestones to evaluate change management success
    - Include risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful adoption/benefits realization (e.g. resistance management, expectations setting)
