    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Business Analyst - Level 3 (Hybrid) for our Federal Government client.

    The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:

    1.1 Plan and provide reports on work to be completed to the project manager and/or Technical Authority;
    1.2 Elicit, coordinate, analyze, document and manage project operational and business requirements,
    ensuring requirements remain linked to business goals and objectives;
    1.3 Analyze and model project requirements in accordance with the client Architecture Framework
    using QualiWare for both the “as-is” and “to-be” architectures, to include but not be limited
    to:
    1.3.1 identification of information, procedures, and decision flows pertaining to the
    management and configuration of the system;
    1.3.2 identification and documentation of items such as database content, structure, application
    subsystems;
    1.3.3 definition and documentation of interfaces to the systems; and
    1.3.4 recommendations and documentation of acceptance test criteria.
    1.4 Provide impact assessments as part of change management workflows;
    1.5 Support the analysis of viable project options by performing:
    1.5.1 benchmark analyses;
    1.5.2 cost analyses;
    1.5.3 High Level Mandatory Requirements (HLMR)/requirements fulfillment analyses; and
    1.5.4 implementation and capacity analyses for human resources, business processes,
    knowledge, materials, and infrastructure.
    1.6 Prepare the Statement of Requirements (SOR) using IBM’s Rationale DOORS;
    1.7 Prepare initial requirements management plans and conduct traceability and configuration
    management of requirements and requirements artifacts;
    1.8 Contribute inputs to the production of project documents such as the system requirements
    specification and others as directed;
    1.9 Support stakeholder engagements including, but not limited to, maintaining on-going communication
    with relevant ones and by supporting and generating presentations and records of discussions for
    engagement and management meetings; and
    1.10 Brief senior management as required.
