Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Junior Procurement Officer (Onsite) for our Federal Government client.

The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:

1: Manage section expenditures spreadsheet in MS Excel.
2: Keep track of all procurement by ensuring all orders are logged and kept up to date in expenditure sheet.
3: Utilize EITSM Assyst ticketing tool to process requests for procurement.
4: Ensure all procurement falls within the Government guidelines and Green procurement rules and regulations
5: Deal with vendors requesting quotes for hardware, software and services.
6: Process procurement files to completion with vendors ensuring payment of invoices are processed in time so procurement file can be closed
