Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Bilingual Webmaster for our client. This is a remote role and can be filled from anywhere within Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 Consult with clients to develop and document Web site requirements 
 Create, edit and maintain HTML5 web pages that comply with the federal government's web standards. 
 Perform quality control procedures as they relate to a web publishing environment (e.g. WCAG, W3C validation). 
 Create, edit and maintain departmental web content (internet) using a web content management system. 
 Experience in create, edit and maintain departmental web content 
 Develop Web site architecture and determine hardware and software requirements 
 Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Web site 
 Create and optimize content for the Web site using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software 
 Plan, design, write, modify, integrate and test Web-site related code 
 Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
