    About Us:
    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an on-site Network Support Specialist (Level 2) with valid NATO Secret Clearance for our client.
    ________________________________________

    Position Summary:
    The Network Support Specialist provides operational support for enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructure within the client environment.

    The role focuses on network troubleshooting, operational maintenance, and implementation of approved configuration changes across secure network environments.
    ________________________________________

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructure
    • Troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls across distributed networks
    • Investigate and resolve network connectivity issues
    • Analyze routing problems involving OSPF and BGP protocols
    • Support VLAN segmentation, ACL configuration, and IP subnetting
    • Perform incident triage and ticket management for network events
    • Implement approved network configuration changes through formal change management
    • Support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure installations
    • Assist with hardware installation, racking, labeling, and configuration of network devices
    • Troubleshoot hardware failures and network device performance issues
    • Document troubleshooting procedures, network configurations, and operational changes

    Technologies / Skills:

    • Cisco routers and switches
    • Enterprise firewall platforms
    • OSPF and BGP routing protocols
    • VLAN and trunking technologies
    • Access Control Lists (ACLs)
    • Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)
    • GRE / tunneling technologies
    • IP addressing and subnetting

    Required Qualifications
    • Valid NATO Secret Clearance
    • Minimum 5 years enterprise network experience
    • Experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls
    • Experience supporting large distributed network environments

    • CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert)
    • CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
    • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
    • OSPF
    • BGP
    • VLAN
    • ACL

    Compensation 
    Salary Range: $75.00 – $90.00 per hour
