Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a remote Quality Assurance Specialist / Analyst (Level 3) – Network Modernization for our client.

Position Summary:
Our client is looking to obtain qualified professional IT services to support their Network Modernization initiatives on an “as-and-when-required” basis.

The QAS ensures quality, reliability, and performance of applications and platforms within the client's IT ecosystem, particularly cloud-based systems such as Microsoft 365.

The consultants engaged through this contract will assist the client in designing, implementing, enhancing, and maintaining modern network and IT infrastructure that supports the organization’s research, innovation, and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Test the performance, reliability, and functionality of cloud-based systems including Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online), Azure services (compute, storage, identity, networking), multi‑cloud integrations, and custom cloud-hosted applications. This includes validating UI workflows, regression impacts from updates, API and portal performance, and the stability of cloud security and identity components.
• Configure performance testing scenarios
• Conduct regression testing
• Evaluate UI workflows
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Track defects and test results
• Validate bug fixes
• Provide defect analysis feedback
• Develop and maintain test scripts

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years QA experience in IT environment
• Federal Reliability Status clearance
• MS365 Performance Testing: Must demonstrate hands‑on experience setting up, configuring, and executing performance/load/stress tests specifically on Microsoft 365 cloud components such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, PowerApps, or Graph API workloads.
• MS365 UI/Workflow Testing: Must show experience evaluating UI and workflow usability against Microsoft 365 design standards, including Fluent UI, SharePoint Online UX patterns, Teams UI behaviors, or PowerApps user experience guidelines.
