About Us:
Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Hybrid Solutions Architect for our client in Ottawa, ON.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document system architecture, processes, workflows, and changes in Confluence to support transparency, 
knowledge sharing, and decision-making
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of infrastructure and applications through proactive 
monitoring and best practices
• Evaluate and optimize infrastructure and deployment processes to support high reliability and fast 
delivery cycles
• Automate the provisioning and configuration of cloud resources to increase efficiency, reduce manual 
tasks, and ensure environment consistency
• Assist with the management of multiple environments, including development, testing, and production, 
while maintaining stability and ensuring synchronization across all stages
• Design, develop, and deploy containerized applications to ensure portability, scalability, and efficient 
resource utilization across environments
• Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, collaboration, and code management, supporting efficient 
workflows
• Utilize JIRA to monitor and manage project tasks, sprints, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with Agile 
practices and timely project execution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver project 
objectives in a collaborative team setting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to meet project goals and best 
practices
• Other related activities and deliverables as required

Required Qualifications:
• University degree or college diploma in technology or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering,
or infrastructure automation, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure services and solutions
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, with Git-based repositories for source control, branching, and
release management
• Demonstrated experience implementing Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform), and cloud native policy
enforcement
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile delivery teams, using tools such as JIRA for work
tracking and Confluence for documentation
• Strong demonstrated experience, with the ability to identify and communicate value, translate business
needs into technical solutions, and align work to project objectives
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely through documentation for both senior
leadership and technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, effectively self-prioritize, manage multiple concurrent
tasks, and support problem resolution to deliver high-priority outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstratable knowledge of the Client's functions and core business processes
• Demonstrated experience in establishing effective and collaborative working relationships with key
stakeholders
• French will be considered an asset

Compensation:
Salary Range: $87.50 – $112.50 per hour
