    About Us:
    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Hybrid Agile Project Management Services for our Federal Government client in Ottawa, ON or Montreal, QC.

    Position Summary:
    Our client is looking for an Agile Project Manager which will support the ability to deliver on committed goals. The successful candidate will help the Agile DevSecOps platform team by organizing and leading special projects, coordinating, facilitating, managing cost, schedule, and scope, change management, and communications with vendors and internal stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Agile delivery for a DevSecOps squad using Scrum and Kanban, including sprint planning, Big Room Planning (quarterly planning exercise) and ceremonies
    • Partner with the Product Owner to support roadmap execution, backlog readiness, and value delivery aligned to OKRs.
    • Track and manage delivery progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and capacity to ensure predictable outcomes. Manage squads timesheets and planning.
    • Establish and maintain squad metrics, dashboards, and status reports using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with infrastructure, security, business application teams, and vendors.
    • Support financial and vendor management for DevSecOps platform products and expenses, including cost tracking and reporting via Planview, Excel, PowerBI
    • Promote continuous improvement, Agile maturity, and DevSecOps best practices.

    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or IT Project Manager.
    • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Agile principles
    • Scrum and Kanban frameworks
    • DevOps and DevSecOps practices
    • Demonstrated Experience working with:
    • Azure DevOps
    • ServiceNow
    • Planview
    • Strong experience operating in Microsoft?centric environments.
     
    Other Skills Required:
    • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
    • One or more project / Agile certifications, such as:
    • PMP
    • PMI-ACP
    • CSM
    • DASSM (or equivalent)

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in financial/insurance industry, products and services
    • Bilingual in both official languages (English and French)
    • Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner

    Compensation:
    Salary Range: $90.00 – $110.00 per hour
    ________________________________________
