    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Program Management Specialist for one of our clients in the National Capital Region. 

    The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement Of Work” but are not limited to:

    1. The Bank health and safety policies require that all individuals
    entering Bank premises or working onsite at the Bank must be
    fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with vaccines approved for
    use in Canada. The Consultant will be required to provide proof
    of vaccination prior to entering Bank premises.
    2. The Consultant(s) must have a computer or laptop that meets
    the following specifications in order to access Bank systems and
    applications remotely as required:
    - Windows 10 with version 20H2 or later or a Windows 11
    device
    - Rights to install software required for Azure Virtual
    Desktop
    - Available USB A port
    - Highspeed internet connection
    3. The Consultant(s) must have a smartphone which can support
    the Microsoft Authenticator application and appropriate Wi-Fi
    or cellular connectivity as it will be required for second factor
    verification to gain access to Bank applications. 

    Services
    The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services to the Bank:
    Under the direction of Director of Continuity of Operations:
    • Oversee activities to develop two cyber-playbooks that will define Executive level actions,
    communications, and decisions during a ransomware incident
    • One playbook will focus on data exfiltration scenarios and the other on operational disruptions
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support the development of deliverables (an external
    vendor has been engaged to develop the playbooks and facilitate tabletops)
    Under the direction of Director of Workspaces:
    • Support the analysis and plan of current and future usage of the Bank’s regional offices
    • Key activities will include refining the business needs, confirming options, and develop an implementation
    plan that may include one or more pilots
    • Engage with a wide variety of business stakeholders
    Other Support Needs:
    • Develop plans, briefing notes, presentations, and formal project updates in support of departmental
    priorities
    • Provide project and program support capacity in areas that include:
    o Resiliency-driven initiatives such as ongoing cyber tabletops, business impact assessment (BIA)
    digitization, business data resiliency (BDR)
    o Response-driven initiatives such as pandemic-related changes to workplace protocols, and
    major workspace redesigns
    o Support and guidance to internal staff who are managing internal departmental initiatives
    o Cross-departmental initiatives within which Corporate Services department plays an important
    role, an example being the Bank’s New Ways of Working program
    • Other related activities and deliverables as required

    Required Qualifications & Skills
    The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:
    • University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project
    Management, or other related discipline
    • Demonstrated in-depth experience steering initiatives through consultative-driven processes
    • Demonstrated in-depth experience overseeing and fostering relationships across multi-jurisdictional
    business domains
    • Demonstrated experience developing and presenting strategies and plans to Executive level stakeholders
    • Demonstrated experience planning and overseeing projects and programs in multi-stakeholder business
    environments
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
    • Demonstrated experience liaising external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated experience with MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    Additional Qualifications
    The following will also be considered:
    • Demonstrated experience planning and executing business change management
    • Demonstrated working knowledge of facilities planning considerations
    • Demonstrated working knowledge of information technology impact considerations (i.e., technology
    project management, systems design)
    • Demonstrated experience developing financial forecasts and operational projects and budgets
