• Travailler avec un système de gestion des billets (help desk).
• Être capable de bien documenter les demandes des clients ainsi que la solution qui a été choisi pour résoudre les besoins.
• Travailler de concert avec le programmeur senior.
• Capacité de résoudre des problèmes techniques.
• Être autonome dans la recherche de solutions techniques.
• Gérer des projets de mise a niveau et de développement de systèmes.
Support des applications COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf)
•Maximo (Asset management software)
•Gestion des comptes et donner les accès.
•Dépannage (troubleshooting) des différents modules tel que workflows, rapports et autres
•Bien comprendre le fonctionnement et les processus d’affaire qui s’y rattachent.
•Travailler de pair avec Trinmax pour résoudre certains problèmes qui demande une expertise supplémentaire (ouverture de billets).
•Elixir (sales order processing, planning, trim optimization, and manufacturing)
•Planification des mises à jour du système.
•Effectuer la mise à jour des étiquettes (stenciller et core tags)
•Travailler de pair avec Majiq pour résoudre certains problèmes qui demande une expertise supplémentaire (ouverture de billets).

• Be able to properly document customer requests as well as the solution that was chosen to solve the needs.
• Work together with the senior programmer.
• Ability to solve technical problems.
• Be autonomous in the search for technical solutions.
• Manage system upgrade and development projects.
Support for COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) applications
• Maximo (Asset management software)
•Account management and granting access.
• Troubleshooting (troubleshooting) of the different modules such as workflows, reports and others
• Fully understand the operation and related business processes.
