    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our Federal Government client.

    The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not
    limited to:

    Primary Responsibilities

    (a) Develop and maintain integrated project documentation, schedules, and budgets;
    (b) Implement project documentation governance aligned with the client;
    (c) Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated;
    (d) Track progress against goals, objectives, benefits, approved budgets, and timelines; and
    report status and variances;
    (e) Help develop and log change requests and related shifts to scope, budgets, and
    schedules;
    (f) Support tracking and reporting of project risks, risk mitigation and contingency plans, and
    action plans;
    (g) Support contract management tracking, including key deliverables and milestones,
    deadlines, and other requirements;
    (h) Experience working with third party technology vendors;
    (i) Knowledge of Mortgage Insurance products and processes would be considered an
    asset;
    (j) Language: Strong oral and written communication skills in English is essential.
