    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Staffing Consultant for our Federal Government client.

    The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:

    1. Development of assessment tools:

    a)      written exam

    b)      structured interview, draft structured interview questions to assess experience criteria and key competencies

    c)      reference check, draft reference check questionnaire

    d)      rating guides

    e)      statement of merit criteria (SOMC) based on the work description


    2. Conduct Resume / application screening:

    a)      Coordinate and administer screening tests

    b)      Prepare and provide board results via word/excel documents

    c)      Candidate information will be anonymized and redacted so that all information is unclassified.


    3. Integration of the assessment onto the Online Testing Platform

    a)      Integrate various tests and assessments into the appropriate online testing platforms


    4. Assessment Administration:

    a)      Coordinate and administer written tests;

    b)      Coordinate and administer interviews;

    c)      Coordinate and complete the reference checks etc.;

    d)      Compile and prepare the final board reports and finalize the results of the processes to establish pools of candidates


    5. Weekly progress reports:

    a)      Must provide weekly progress updated (via email or phone) to the Project Authority.

    b)      Manage and report on progress oversight, and issues and their outcomes.


    6.   Meetings:

    a)      Attend initial virtual kick-off meetings and attend additional virtual regular meetings with the Project Authority and other stakeholders as required;

    a)      Report on progress of deliverables as agreed with the Project Authority;


    7. Development of a work plan and definition of deliverables for each staffing process via an assessment strategy document in word or pdf; contents to be determined after contract award.
