    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Project Management Services for our Federal Government client.

    The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:

    • Acting as the overall project authority for the project.
    • Meeting with organizational executives to ensure all organizational (internal
    and external) stakeholders are committed to moving forward on the project.
    • Formulating statements of problems; establishing procedures for the
    development and implementation of the project elements to solve these problems and
    obtaining approval thereof.
    • Managing the implementation of a project to identify, analyze, plan, track, and
    control progress on a continuous basis.
    • Making recommendations and providing advice for improvements and
    assisting in developing solutions and implementing recommendations.
    • Preparing and presenting findings, status, and other relevant matters.
    • Overseeing the development of a project business case.
    • Planning, directing, and controlling the activities of a project team within
    scheduled time and cost parameters.
    • Producing overall project plans and obtaining approval of preliminary
    analysis.
    • Updating and providing briefings to upper management on progress and
    concerns of the project.
    • Establishing authority, roles, and responsibilities of the project team, business
    analysts, leads, and stakeholders.
    • Developing the project charter, project plan (including WBS) and status
    updates to senior management.
    • Managing project’s risks and issues.
    • Creating and maintaining communication products for a diverse audience of
    stakeholders including senior management, domain representatives (SMEs) and the
    project team.
    • Providing timely and completing knowledge transfer to ESDC’s project team
    staff through individual and group training, shadowing, demonstrations, and written
    instructions.
    • Submitting status reports on a monthly basis.

    Note: Project Management experience of Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA
    (Multifactor Authentication), Microsoft Authenticator, and Entrust experience
    preferred.
