    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Project Leader (Hybrid) for our Federal Government client.

    The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:

    The Level 3 Project Leader must perform the following:
    (a) Manage several Project Managers, each responsible for an element of the project and its associated project team;
    (b) Define and document project artifacts;
    (c) Host or attend meetings with management team to ensure all organizational (internal and external) stakeholders are committed and moving forward on project and organizational goals;
    (d) Plan, direct and control the activities of  development and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions within scheduled time and cost parameters;
    (e) Analyse and Evaluate proposed computer applications to determine technical, operational and economic feasibility;
    (f) Prepare briefing notes, presentations, plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or resolving problems. 
    (g) Monitor the design, implementation and operations start-up of the proposed system/application against established goals, objectives and milestones
    (h) Provide written reports on the progress of all assigned tasks/deliverables when requested by the TA;
    (i) Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to other members of the team through training, SOPs, documentation and job shadowing; and
    (j) Prepare the below:
    -Written and verbal advice.
    -Knowledge transfer.
    -Issues papers/Briefing Notes.
    -Presentation decks and materials.
    -Meeting facilitation and reports (e.g. monthly progress reports). 
    -Guides, manuals, reports to be disseminated to various stakeholders as required. 
    -Meeting agendas, schedules and minutes. 
    -Synthesis reports of facilitated meetings. 
    -Activity reports. 
    -Conversation notes, design documentation, change management documentation, site inspection reports and other work requested under the contract.
    (k) Provide strategic advice and guidance on Microsoft 365 adoption activities and governance;
    (l) Recommend organizational change management solutions to drive adoption of tools and processes related to Microsoft 365;
    (m) Implement knowledge management strategies, methodologies, and modern tools to improve collaboration and productivity through process automation and content centralization.
    (n) Perform any other tasks related to this category, as required.
