Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Unix/Linux Support Specialist for our Federal Government client.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
 
General tasks:

• Support the Redhat Linux 8, 9 and Solaris 11 environment
• Perform Operating System administration, maintenance, patching and hardening practices
• Assist with the planning and execution of server installations, configuration, and tuning of Linux using 
Satellite and Ansible (Ansible Automation Platform)
• Assist with the development of ansible playbooks to automate every day administrative tasks
• Assist with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation (build 
books, operational guides, etc.)
• Other activities and deliverables, as required
