    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Physical Security Specialist (Onsite) for our client.


    Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    Risk identification and analysis:
    - Includes report preparation and presentation to the client.  Report to be based on CSE/RCMP HTRA methodology.

    Threat and vulnerability assessment
    - Threat assessment - Based on open source information and information provided by the client.
    - Vulnerability Assessment – developed based on physical survey and document/process review.

    Review of site and facility security  
    - Requires Physical site tours/survey:  day time, night time (to check light levels and camera resolution), business hours, non-business hours.

    Review of facility operating procedures
    - Completed via review of documentation provided by the client.

    Review of physical security systems
    - Detailed review/assessment of each physical security measure.

    Review of electronic security systems
    - Detailed review/assessment of the ISS (Integrated Security System)

    Review of architectural security
    - Detailed review/assessment of exterior security measures including CPTED devices.

    Review of security policies and procedures
    - Review/assessment of documents provided by client.

    Review of security management
    - Review of security governance and RM processes.

    Review of security personnel
    - Review /assessment of personnel control procedures (employees, visitors, cleaning staff, maintenance, etc)
    - Others (emergency response personnel – police/fire/paramedic)

    Evaluation of present security program and identification of any weaknesses and vulnerabilities

    Development of recommendations for security improvements
