    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Provincial Government client.

    Requirements:
    - Graduate degree in Public Administration, Social Science, Nursing or Health Sciences. Proof of the degree shall be provided with the response.
    - Valid PMP certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

    Skills and Experience:
    - 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering health workforce transformation projects. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
    - 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering health care initiatives involving workforce planning initiatives that directly impact safe patient care and quality practice environments. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
    - 5 years’ experience working with teams of health sector stakeholders (10+) including nurses, physicians, senior managers, executive leaders and union/professional associations to implement health workforce transformation projects with a provincial scope. This includes planning, facilitating and actioning stakeholder teams to move project work forward, oversight of project managers/team leaders, risk management, and reporting to executive sponsors.  The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
    - 5 years’ experience conducting policy research including jurisdictional scan, focus groups and survey design, and preparing final written reports. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
    - 2 years’ of experiencing providing project management for initiatives related to the nursing workforce. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years.  Examples should include specific details of work performed.
    - 2 years’ experience with provincial health system and health workforce initiatives. The response should include work done with a provincial health system and provide at least 1 example of the work done including duration that totals at least 2 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
