    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an Application/Software Architect Level 2 (Bilingual) for our Federal Government client.

    Tasks and Deliverables include, but are not limited to the following:
     
    Task
    Project Kickoff and Planning

    Deliverables
    • Project Plan
    A detailed project plan outlining key milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities. (MS Word)
    • Host kickoff meeting with all stakeholders
    IT Resources
    Product Owners
    Business System’s Team
    Task
    Conduct Stakeholder Interviews to gather current system needs and requirements for multi-tenancy.

    Deliverables
    • Interview at least one member from each of the following teams
    IT Development Team
    IT Architecture Team
    Business Owners
    Operational teams
    • Stakeholder Interview Summary
    A summary report of the interviews conducted with IRAP stakeholders, documenting key insights, challenges, and requirements for multi-tenancy. (MS Word)

    Information Gathering

    Deliverables
    • Request Documentation
    Provide a list of required documentation for review to the project team. (MS Word)
    • Documentation Review Summary
    A summary report of the documentation review, highlighting any gaps or areas requiring further clarification. (MS Word)
    • Conduct interviews with required stakeholders to gather any information not found in documentation.
    Create missing documentation of the current state. (MS Word/Visio)
    • Document multitenancy and security requirements 
    A summary report of the requirements the architecture is required to meet. (MS Word)

    • Current State Assessment Report
    A comprehensive report detailing the current CRM and client portal architecture's design, scalability, security, and performance. (MS Word)
    An evaluation of the current deployment's ability to support multi-tenancy and client needs. (MS Word)

    Gap Analysis

    Deliverables
    • Gap Analysis Report
    A report identifying limitations or bottlenecks in the current architecture and comparing it against industry best practices. (MS Word)

    Recommendations and Improvement Plan

    Deliverables
    • Recommendations and Improvement Plan
    A set of actionable recommendations for enhancing the CRM's multi-tenancy capabilities, including proposed architectural changes and process improvements. (MS Word/Visio)

    Task
    Final Report and Presentation

    Deliverables
    • Final Report and Presentation
    A comprehensive final report compiling all findings and recommendations, including all required design documentation to action these recommendations. (MS Word/Visio)
    A presentation to client stakeholders summarizing key insights, proposed changes, and the path forward. (MS PowerPoint)
