    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Test coordinator (Bilingual/onsite) for our client.

    Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    Stakeholder Management and Coordination:

    • Plan and coordinate testing activities;
    • Contribute to the overall project planning;
    • Ensure the assignment and optimization of the personnel required for testing based on priorities and established timelines;
    • Monitor activities to be carried out with IT teams, business units, and external partners;
    • Ensure smooth communication among the various project stakeholders (e.g., progress status);
    • Monitor the quality of work performed by individuals involved in testing; 
    • Implement metrics to track test results (e.g., dashboards);
    • Comply with existing compliance frameworks;
    • Produce reports and the final test summary;
    • Use work methods likely to improve the efficiency and quality of work of those assigned to testing.

    Execution and Deployment:

    • Define or review test strategies based on project needs;
    • Determine the necessary testing environment requirements (e.g., data sets);
    • Perform and execute tests according to project needs;
    • Document the tests and the results obtained;
    • Support team members and users during testing.

    The test coordinator will be expected to share their knowledge with various team members and possess the following key skills:

    • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
    • Adaptability;
    • Thoroughness and attention to detail;
    • Strong and motivating leadership;
    • Results-oriented approach.

    Description of Technologies Used:

    It is important to note that our IT operating model is based on cloud computing (AWS), integration technologies, and the implementation of DevSecOps practices.

    For your reference, the technological environment in which our development teams involved in this program operate includes:

    • Azure AD
    • Confluent Cloud (Kafka)
    • AWS services
    • Confluence
    • JIRA
    •  XRAY
    • Postman
    • Oracle Database

    Compliance Requirements:

    Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a test coordinator;
    Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in coordinating tests for the integration of solutions with SaaS platforms;
    Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience coordinating within integrated systems and in complex, heterogeneous technological environments—for example, environments with both internal and cloud-based solutions;
    Have experience coordinating within a large-scale multidisciplinary project team.
    Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience coordinating tests for multidisciplinary teams on a large-scale project with external partners;
    Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience with tools such as JIRA, XRAY, Confluence, and Postman;
    Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Agile delivery environment
    Experience in the field of workforce management, time and scheduling management, and/or payroll would be considered an asset.
