    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Leadership Development Consultant for our Federal Government client.

    Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    1. One-on-one coaching sessions every 2 weeks, each one 60 minutes. 
    Additional time will be needed to prepare (participants will have to send in a coaching preparation), to draft 
    the summary and to plan the meetings. To ensure that coaches acquire the necessary skills while also 
    working on certain behaviours, it is recommended that they be supported through 10 sessions to really see 
    the changes sought by the coaches and the organization. 
    2. Development objectives and targets will be set by the coaches and/or the client (organization). 
    Team coaching sessions will be 90 minutes. Additional time will be needed to prepare (participants will 
    have to send in a coaching preparation), to draft the summary and to plan the meetings. Teams are required 
    to have 4 to 6 coaching sessions. 
    Please note that before coaching begins, each team coaching participant must meet with the coach for a 
    20-minute information-gathering session. 
    3. Group coaching and mentoring program to be delivered to clients. The intention is to transfer skills and to 
    work on specific areas based on feedback from the various directorates and from supervisors: 
    3.1 The meetings (coaching sessions) are to be a combination of coaching, groups, information sharing 
    and instruction. This process should conclude with a meeting to consolidate the skills acquired 
    (anchored instruction). At the very end of the meetings, all participants will receive an evaluation 
    questionnaire. 
    3.2 Please note that before the program begins, the coach will be required to hold a 15- to 20-minute 
    meeting with each participant. 
    3.3 To maximize the transfer of necessary skills while also working on certain behaviours, it is 
    recommended that supervisors be supported during a set number of meetings. A 2-hour meeting 
    should be held every 2 weeks. The first part will be spent going over the requests (homework) given 
    to participants. A group coaching session will follow, and the meeting will conclude with some 
    instruction and sharing. 
    Consultation 
     
     Different services will be delivered to a number of branches: 
    o Facilitation of meetings and participation in various committees
     Facilitation of various meetings
