Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an Advanced Lead (Infrastructure & Operations Roadmap & Strategic Advisory) for our client.
Strategic Leadership & Advisory
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations on
infrastructure strategy, risk, and innovation.
• Translate business goals into actionable infrastructure and operations strategies that drive
measurable outcomes.
• Influence enterprise decision-making by aligning infrastructure initiatives with long-term business
objectives.
Roadmap Development & Execution
• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive, multi-year infrastructure and operations
roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize initiatives that enhance performance, security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Infrastructure Planning & Optimization
• Assess current infrastructure capabilities and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Recommend and implement modern infrastructure solutions (e.g., cloud, hybrid, edge computing,
automation).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with engineering, security, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of
infrastructure initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment between IT operations and business units to support growth and innovation.
Governance & Compliance
• Establish and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies; assess their relevance and potential impact.
• Champion innovation through automation, AI/ML, observability, and next-gen infrastructure tools.
Financial & Vendor Management
• Develop and manage infrastructure budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships to ensure value and performance.
