    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Change Management Coach for our Federal Government client.


    Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

     Deliver customized workshop and group coaching materials. 
     Deliver a series of bilingual (French and English) workshops on change management principles, practices 
    and key leadership competency development. 
     Conduct group coaching sessions to support executives in applying change management strategies and 
    developing key leadership competencies. 
     Assist in the communication and rollout of change initiatives. 
     Evaluate the impact of the workshops and coaching sessions and make necessary adjustments. 

    TASKS/REQUIREMENTS 
    The consultant is expected to: 
     Development: Deliver tailored workshop and coaching materials for executive-level employees. Meet 
    with the project team to establish a connection and define, in detail, the subjects that will be discussed.
     Delivery: With the support of the project team, facilitate bilingual workshops and group coaching 
    sessions, ensuring active participation and engagement from all executives.
     Support: With the support of the project team, provide ongoing bilingual coaching and support to 
    executives, helping them apply the strategies learned in workshops.
     Communication: Assist the project team in developing bilingual communication plans to ensure clear and 
    consistent messaging regarding current or upcoming change.
     Evaluation: Monitor the progress of change initiatives and leadership development, providing regular 
    feedback to the project team and adjustments as needed.

    DELIVERABLES
     Workshop and group coaching materials. 
     Series of workshops and group coaching sessions. 
     Regular progress reports and evaluations. 
     Final annual project report summarizing outcomes and recommendations.
