    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Technical Writer for our client.

    Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    Skills/Experience:

    - Azure, Kubernetes, Web, API, Agile, DevOps - all in banking industry

    Technical Skills and Experience:
    - 3 years as a tech writer (Min)
    - Experience documenting Cloud/Azure solutions with Kubernetes, API and Web solutions
    - Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery
    - Nice to have: Experience with Bank systems technical writing

    And will support with:
     
    - Project Wiki design and administration
    - Operations Wiki design and administration (sourced from Project Wiki)
    - API Development Portal documentation
    - User Guide/Reference
    - Schema definition documentation
    - FAQ documentation
    - Release Notes
    - UI Copy development (to be approved by the business)
    - Technical Support Documentation (in relation to Modules used by the Business Support Groups)
    - Technical design documentation to be shared with Lenders and Partners (Change Management)
    - Lender / Partner material they would use to develop their change management and training material (change support)
     
    Collaborative Mindsets and Behaviours
     
    • Work efficiently in an agile delivery framework, in full collaboration with a pod team of 10-12 people (identify number of years of experience in agile team work)
    • Works in a “camera on” approach during agile ceremonies and meetings when working remotely.
    • Willing to work at the closest city office location (Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Halifax, Calgary,) to match office hours (currently established at 1 day per week or 4 days per month)
    • Communicate often with other team members, developers, tech leads and solution architects to ensure requirements are well established
