    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Bilingual Senior Cybersecurity Advisor for our client.

    Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    General tasks:
    - Advise teams on security architecture and secure cloud configurations.
    - Contribute to the design, implementation, and documentation of security solutions and controls.
    - Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal teams.
    - Participate in the continuous improvement of the operational security posture.
    - Draft, manage, and execute Agile user stories in collaboration with Product Owners and squad 
    members.
    - Participate in sprints, scrums, and backlog refinement activities.
    - Support the ramp-up of Agile teams.

    Involvement in the CSTP program (50% of workload):
    - Provide support in the design, architecture, and secure implementation of cloud environments 
    (Azure and AWS).
    - Participate in the development and integration of cloud security governance frameworks, if required.

    Collaboration
    The resource will work closely with the following entities:
    - Enterprise Architecture Directorate
    - IT Risk Management and Compliance Directorate
    - Infrastructure and Operations Directorate
    - Various business and technology teams
    - External integrator responsible for IT environments

    Required Profile 
    Experience: 
    - 5 to 10 years of experience in IT architecture roles.
    - 5 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, including hands-on and advisory roles.
    - Demonstrated experience in cloud security architecture and identity and access management.
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or squad member on IT or cybersecurity 
    projects.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT environments related to the financial or banking sector 
    (mandatory).
    - Knowledge of the Canadian regulatory framework, including OSFI B-13, is an asset.

    Knowledge and Skills: 
    - Solid knowledge of operational cybersecurity best practices.
    - Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills.
    - Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
    - Knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
    - Ability to assess risks, document them, and propose mitigation strategies aligned with the NIST 
    framework.
    - Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
    - Ability to assess threats and risks using MITRE and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
    - Mandatory knowledge of Azure DevOps.
    - Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

    Education and Language:
    - University degree or college diploma in information technology, computer science, engineering, or 
    related experience.
    - Recognized certifications in cybersecurity or cloud are an asset.
    - Bilingualism (French and English) is considered mandatory.
