    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Change Advisor (Level: Senior) for our Federal Government client.

    Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    General:
    • Ensure appropriate security, confidentiality, regulations, information safeguarding practices 
    and delivery of confidential information is adhered to at all times during the course of work with 
    the client.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for implementing program governance, standardized processes and methodologies
    for the management of strategic projects rolling up to a program.
    • Provides support for project management activities within a program.
    • Performs ongoing monitoring and reporting of project and program performance as well as 
    identification of risks, issues, actions and decisions. 
    • Promote cross-functional collaboration, internal communications and change management.
    • Responsible for managing program budget, scope and schedule. 
    • May lead a team of Project Managers on a program. 

    Desired Qualifications:
    • University degree in engineering, business, finance or related field
    • PMI / PMP certification is an asset
    • Project management experience ideally with complex projects, scope and priorities.
    • Minimum 10 years of Project/Program management experience
    • Ability to lead and champion change, stakeholders and other team members across the 
    organization. 
    • An expert at planning and prioritization processes to align team and resources towards the most 
    important business objectives.
    • Strong presentation skills and experience with senior and large audiences.
    • Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
    • Foster collaboration and effective working relationships with all levels of an organization as well 
    as influence and persuade others
    • Ability to mentor and coach
    • High level of integrity.
    • Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented
    • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
