Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (D365, Finance and Supply Chain ERP) for our Federal Government client.

Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

General 
• The Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect leads the design, implementation, and delivery of 
enterprise ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ensures that 
solutions are aligned with business goals, scalable, and compliant with industry standards, while 
providing technical leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle with appropriate security, 
confidentiality, client regulations, information safeguarding practices and delivery of confidential 
information is adhered to at all times during the course of work with the client.

Category Specific:
• Design end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O, including Finance, Supply Chain, and 
related modules.
• Lead architecture and solution integrity across implementation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and 
technical designs.
• Define integration strategies with external systems using Azure services and APIs.
• Oversee data migration, security modeling, and performance optimization.
• Guide and mentor functional consultants and developers.
• Participate in presales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal 
development.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and reusable assets.
• Identify future business requirements against the current enterprise architecture, perform gaps 
analyses, develop Requirements for Technology Architectures (RTA), and prepare migration 
strategies.
• Assess the feasibility of migrating from the current state to the target business architecture and 
enabling technologies and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Produce an architectural evolution plan, recommend prioritization of architecture evolution 
initiatives, and develop and/or implement an architecture evolution plan.
• Manage the development and implementation of an architectural improvement plan.
• Coach, mentor and train the organization to perform any of the above.
Specialties could include but are not limited to:
• ERP consulting experience, preferably with Dynamics 365 F&O or D365 in general
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules.
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure services (Logic Apps, Data Factory, etc.).
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships. Software knowledge in 
Process Mapping Software (e.g., MS Visio), Dynamics AX/D365 ERP, Azure DevOps, Product 
Lifecycle Management software, .Net/C#. X++.
• Knowledge of Cloud and networking in a hybrid environment

Deliverables may include:
• Provision of documentation as requested to perform the above noted responsibilities such as 
architectural evolution plan and initiatives.

Level: Senior (7+ years of related experience)
