    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst - ERP SAP for our client.

    Position Overview

    Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst – ERP SAP to support large-scale transformational initiatives within the ERP Solutions team. The successful candidate will act as an integrator, facilitator, and technical specialist, providing analytical expertise to bridge business needs with system capabilities and project delivery.

    You will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions that drive organizational value.

    Scope of Work and Responsibilities:

    - Act as a strategic liaison between business units and the Enterprise Resource Planning – SAP team.
    - Facilitate the identification, planning, measurement, and tracking of ERP-SAP project benefits.
    - Translate long-term business outcomes into detailed functional and technical specifications.
    - Support stakeholders in defining business cases and change management requirements.
    - Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions (e.g., workshops, interviews, brainstorming).
    - Document and design organizational processes, data flows, business architecture, and functional models.
    - Translate business requirements into implementation-ready technical specifications.
    - Contribute to procurement processes by supporting the creation of scopes of work and deliverables.
    - Create conceptual diagrams, charts, and visual content to support project communication.
    - Support risk analysis, stakeholder sign-offs, and continuous project alignment.


    Mandatory Qualifications:

    Education:
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
    - Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    - Proof of Education must be submitted 

    SAP Experience:
    - At least five (5) years of hands-on experience with SAP modules including:
    - SuccessFactors
    - S/4HANA Finance
    - Procurement
    - Workforce Software
    - Ariba
    - Concur

    Certifications:
    - Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
    - Proof of Certification must be submitted
    - Failure to meet certification requirements will result in disqualification.

    Core Skills and Competencies:
    (Candidates must provide examples of where and how these skills were applied.)
    - Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP specifications.
    - Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, UX design principles, and integration between SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware and APIs.
    - Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban.
    - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially MS Project, Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas), and PowerPoint.
    - Strong skills in requirements elicitation, business process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
    - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing conditions, and deliver results under pressure.
    - Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

    Nice-to-Have Skills and Knowledge:
    Please provide examples outlining how these skills were demonstrated.
    - Organizational Change Management (e.g., use of PROSCI, ADKAR models) 
    - Lean/Six Sigma (Greenbelt) 
    - TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture) 
    - ITIL (IT Service Management) 

    Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
    (Proof of certification must be submitted with the bid submission if possessed.)
    - Organizational Change Management (PROSCI) 
    - Lean/Six Sigma (Greenbelt)
    - TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture) 
    - ITIL (IT Service Management) 
    - Interview Evaluation 


    Work Environment and Expectations:
    - Hybrid Work Arrangement: Minimum two (2) days per week onsite.
    - Consultants must be onsite for the first and last day of the contract.
    - Additional onsite attendance may be required with 24 hours' notice.
    - All scheduling will be coordinated with the Hiring Manager in alignment with project priorities.
