    Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager – ERP/SAP for our client.

    Position Overview

    Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager – ERP/SAP to lead the implementation, management, and evaluation of enterprise-wide ERP/SAP programs and initiatives. This leadership role will serve as a strategic advisor, implementation lead, and facilitator across multiple departments and systems (HR, Finance, Procurement), ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with organizational goals.

    This is a high-impact position responsible for guiding large-scale ERP/SAP transformations, managing stakeholders at all levels, and supporting strategic decisions related to ERP architecture, process integration, and change management.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Lead complex ERP/SAP change initiatives (e.g., SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors upgrades, service delivery optimization).
    - Provide expert guidance on risk management, ERP strategy, architecture, and business alignment.
    - Mentor and coach project teams; build capacity and support continuous improvement.
    - Lead executive-level and council-facing presentations and stakeholder engagements.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data migration, system integration, and process alignment.
    - Develop and lead sustainment plans and post-implementation roadmaps.
    - Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and performance evaluation.
    - Align ERP initiatives with broader business transformation strategies across departments.
    - Identify and resolve project issues, escalate critical risks, and drive timely decisions.
    - Support development of scopes of work, stakeholder workshops, and strategic recommendations.
    - Promote an enterprise-wide approach to service delivery and ERP integration.

    Deliverables:
    - Oversight of ERP/SAP implementation milestones and program governance.
    - Strategic input on enterprise architecture and IT alignment.
    - Documentation and reporting of performance metrics, risks, and program outcomes.
    - Coordination of stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities.
    - Recommendations to support sustainment planning and innovation in ERP practices.
    - Compliance with procurement regulations in roles, responsibilities, and processes.

    Mandatory Qualifications and Certifications:
    Proof of all certifications and education must be submitted with the application.

    Education:
    - Degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Certifications:
    - Project Management Professional (PMP)

    One of the following Agile/Scrum certifications:
    - PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
    - CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
    - PSM I (Professional Scrum Master)
    - SAP Certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)

    ❗ Failure to provide proof of all mandatory certifications will result in disqualification.

    Preferred Certifications:
    - PROSCI Certification (Organizational Change Management)

    Required Qualifications and Experience:
    Candidates must provide clear examples demonstrating the following qualifications:
    - Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in ERP/SAP projects, with at least 4 years in leadership roles overseeing large-scale implementations.
    - Hands-on expertise in SAP modules: SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Ariba, Concur, and Workforce Software.
    - Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation) and integration with S/4HANA and Workforce Software. 
    - Working knowledge of project/program management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban, Scrum, and PROSCI. 
    - Demonstrated senior leadership with ability to coach, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams. 
    - Strategic thinking, critical analysis, and ability to translate strategy into operations. 
    - Proven success leading complex ERP/SAP transformations and stakeholder engagement. 
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including executive and council-level presentations. 
    - Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and learning agility. 
    - Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and performance.
    - Deep understanding of performance measurement and continuous improvement in ERP/SAP contexts.

    Hybrid Work Arrangement
    Consultants are expected to:
    - Be onsite a minimum of two (2) days per week.
    - Attend the office on Day 1 and the final day of the contract.
    - Respond to on-site attendance requests with 24 hours' notice, outside of regular in-person expectations.
