Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Hybrid Guidewire Developer for our client.
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
DELIVERABLES:
Our client is seeking a Guidewire Integration Developer resource for a period of 1 year with the option to extend. Services would be carried out as a combination of on-site/remote/hybrid.
Requirements:
The Guidewire Integration Developer develops and maintains integrations in applications, handling defect fixes and business-prioritized enhancements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain integrations using Guidewire APIs, Gosu, Java, SOAP/REST web services, IG and messaging frameworks.
- Implement batch processes, event messaging, and plugin-based integrations with third-party systems.
- Configure and extend the Guidewire data model, including PCFs, product models, and underwriting rules.
- Solid hands-on experience in Guidewire Integrations and architecture.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve integration issues.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Programming: Gosu, Java, XML, JSON, SQL
Integration: Guidewire APIs, SOAP/REST, Messaging, Plugins
Platforms: Guidewire Cloud, AWS (preferred), IntelliJ
Tools: Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, Jira, Confluence
Testing: Unit Testing, API Test Frameworks
Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, SurePath, CI/CD
Guidewire Ace Certification is preferred.
